Conditions of Use:
KEYS
Keys are to be collected from the office at the course during office hours 9.00am – 1.00 p.m. Monday to Friday or by arrangement. Keys are to be returned on the first working day after the event.
RESPONSIBILITY
The person or organization booking the venue accepts responsibility for charges and other obligations as per the conditions of hire.
DAMAGE OR LOSS
The Hirer shall be liable for any damage to property fittings and fixtures, movable or otherwise during the event.
BOND REQUIREMENT - $400
DECORATIONS
Only those that can be arranged independent of the buildings structure will be permitted. The use of nails, staples or adhesive tapes is prohibited.
CLEANING
The Hirer shall ensure that the facilities are left in a clean and tidy condition at the conclusion of the event. All rubbish must be put in the bin provided.
TE AROHA JOCKEY CLUB ACCESS
The Clubs authorised personal shall have access to the buildings and grounds at all times.
PROVISION OF LIQUOR TO UNDERAGE PERSONS
The Hirer shall ensure that when alcohol is available and there is a chance under 18’s will be drinking, an adult must be on the premises at all times
